Mr. Mabile leads Qlarant’s UPIC Southwest contract. He has over 25 years of professional experience with over a decade in the healthcare field addressing fraud waste and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid. He has over 10 years of progressive supervisory experience in project and contract management, investigative and analytical research, and strategic planning. Mr. Mabile’s diverse experience includes managing department investigative teaming and tools; conducting case reviews; and analyzing data to detect fraud, waste, and abuse within federal healthcare programs including Medicare Part A and Part B, DME, home health, hospice and skilled nursing facility providers.

Mr. Mabile holds a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
