Deep Roots is doing everything possible to help permanently end homelessness in Cecil County. The “Surviving to Thriving” project provides a comprehensive employment program to all families who come to the shelter as well as extends full support services to families who have moved offsite and back into the community. These services include food, clothing, case management, community resource support, educational opportunities, as well as outings, school supplies, mentors and tutors for the children.
