Critical Repairs Caroline County is a community service organization dedicated to improving healthy lifestyles and increasing quality of life for low-income Caroline County homeowners. Qlarant Foundation is providing support for a program to meet medical necessity needs for disabled clients. The Critical Home Accessibility Health-Benefit Modifications/Repairs of Private Homes Program embarks on projects such as building ramps, remodeling bathrooms to make them accessible, providing safe/sanitary drinking water, and repairing or replacing roofs.
