Mr. Perez has 15 years of experience working in healthcare fraud.  Prior to joining Qlarant in 2010, Mr. Perez spent five years working with the Texas Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and was the Supervisor for the San Antonio office.

Mr. Perez spent the first 30 years working with the Texas Department of Public Safety. He retired as a Captain in 2005.  He holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Texas State University.
