Allyson Banks
Allyson Banks is a Quality Improvement Consultant for Qlarant. She has over 22 years of experience working in the fields of behavioral health and intellectual disabilities, the last six years spent with Qlarant’s IDD Quality Services team in GA. Currently in her role, Allyson works with service providers to review required documentation they capture to evaluate supports, as well as gather pertinent information regarding the quality of the person-centered service delivery system.
Allyson’s goal when working with providers is to support them to establish systems internally that not only enhance service delivery, but also support people receiving services to live life on their own accord. Allyson is a person-centered documentation trainer with an MAED, specializing in family and community services.
