Christine Leister, CPA, CGMA
Christine Leister is a business management executive with over 30 years of experience in government contracting. She has been involved with service providers, product manufacturers, construction firms, and healthcare industries. Her diversity of experiences brings unique insights for developing financial strategies, managing cash flow, mitigating risk, and financial forecasting while keeping GAAP and FAR close at hand. Ms. Leister has been instrumental in steering companies toward sustained economic success and growth.
Prior to joining Qlarant, Ms. Leister has been at various times Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and President of various privately-owned government contractors. Growth has been achieved organically and through M&A activity to expand the Company’s footprint into new areas. She has overseen the due diligence process as well as the integration process for the M&A activities while maintaining accurate internal and external financial statement reporting. In her prior role as President of CCE LLC, she led the production of classified work products to several government agencies. Most recently, she was Controller at Federal Resources and was involved in a period of major revenue growth, from $72M to over $500M, during the five years she was with the firm.
Ms. Leister holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the same institution. She holds active Certified Public Accountant and Charted Global Management Accountant licenses.
