CJ Porter leads Qlarant’s I-MEDIC contract. She has extensive experience in healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse investigations related to Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to joining Qlarant in 2020 as the I-MEDIC Deputy Director, CJ had a long history with The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), from 2002 to 2020, holding several progressive positions culminating as the Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Regional Office covering five states and thirteen judicial districts, and directing more than 67 special agents and staff. During her tenure with HHS OIG,  CJ served in the capacity of Law Enforcement Liaison to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), gaining valuable insight to CMS program integrity efforts.

CJ received her BS in Education from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA. CJ is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute, Leadership for a Democratic Society, the Excellence in Government Fellows Program, and received multiple Inspector General’s Exceptional Achievement Awards.
