Qlarant serves as a subcontractor to Carelon (formerly Beacon Health Options, Inc., formerly ValueOptions, Inc.) and provides expertise and necessary personnel to fulfill the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) quality management system requirements contained within the Georgia DBHDD for an ASO.
Qlarant has responsibility for:
1. Person- Centered Reviews for Individuals with IDD receiving HCBS and/or State funded services.
2. Quality Enhancement Provider Reviews (QEPR).
3. Provider Report Cards. Work collaboratively with the prime contractor to support the development of quality measures for the provider report card, and implement Provider training on any updates to the measures.
4. Develop Annual Training Plan and Provide Technical Assistance to Providers.
5. Claims Data Review. Review claims data via the Connects system as part of the QEPR and PCR.
6. Annual and Quarterly Quality Management Reports, Person-Centered Reviews, Quality Enhancement Reviews, and Technical Assistance Reports, Ad-hoc Reporting.
7. IT Security Audit Requirements.
8. Behavioral Health Audits.
