Qlarant provided Quality Management of Georgia’s Developmental Disabilities Service System. The objective of this contract was to provide services as an External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) or Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) to implement strategies to assure the health and welfare and to improve the quality of life for Georgia’s citizens with developmental disabilities. Qlarant designed quality management strategies, assessed provision of services; provided remedy to problems with quality, and provided continuous quality improvement to the statewide provision and monitoring of DD services.
