Qlarant has served as a Subcontractor to IPRO, providing direct technical assistance for Maryland and District of Columbia practices with 15 or fewer clinicians to ensure their success in the Quality Payment Program. Qlarant gives priority to practices in rural counties in Maryland and practices caring for underserved populations in both jurisdictions.
